Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
The yearly plan starts with 14 days free for new subscribers. Cancel at least a day before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?
In the Google Play app: your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Or from More › Everpace Pro in the app. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for.
New phone?
Open More › Everpace Pro and tap Restore, signed in with the Google account you bought with. Your workouts move with your phone's own backup.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Google Play, so refunds are requested from Google.
