Delete your data

Everpace has no accounts. Almost everything it keeps lives on your phone, so you can delete it yourself in seconds. For the small amount kept by our service providers, email us.

1 · Data on your phone

Workouts, plans, loads, scores, records, heart rate, notes and settings.

• One workout: open it, then Delete workout.
• Everything: Android Settings → Apps → Everpace → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall Everpace.

This is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. Copies in your own Android backup follow your Google account's backup settings.

2 · Crash reports and usage statistics

• Stop sending them: in Everpace, open More and turn off Send crash reports and Share usage analytics.
• Existing data is linked only to a random installation ID, never to your name or email. It is deleted automatically: crash reports after 90 days, usage statistics after 2 months.

3 · Purchase records

If you bought Everpace Pro, RevenueCat keeps a record of the purchase so that Pro can be unlocked and restored.

1. Email hello@geteverpace.com with the subject "Everpace data deletion".
2. Include the Google Play order number of your purchase (it starts with GPA. and is in Google's receipt email), so we can find the record.
3. We delete the record from RevenueCat within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleting the record does not cancel a subscription; cancel in Google Play first. Google keeps its own payment records under its policies, and we keep only what tax and accounting law requires, for as long as it requires.
